Azkaban is the wizard prison. A Verry dark place it is too!

Guarded by many Dementors, monsterious creatures that suck out every good feeling, every happy feeling you ever had. Most people who are sent here go mad because their mind is only full of bad memories that they wish to forget.

Azkaban is supposably located on a verry tiny island far out in a place very cold in the waters of the north sea Which is just above germany.

The Department of Magical Law Enforcement maintains this prison and keeps controll of the dementors until recently Voldemort recruited them back now i believe azkaban is empty and un-guarded!
