The leaky cauldron is a conecting place between the wizarding world and the muggle world, that is what its origional purpose was, but it turned out to be a place to stay if you seek a place to sleep, it can be a place to grab a bite to eat, or it is used as a bar. It is located On a street called Charing Cross Road.
